Meet the newest member of the Feather Forge Fly Company team. An important part of my life and my guiding program is food. I am a huge fan of pizza. I will now be adding this Ooni Koda pizza oven to my quiver of culinary options for my Spey Camps and Three day overnight trips.

It is a little mind-boggling how quickly you can cook a pizza in it and how good they turn out. My pizza intake over the last few days since unboxing my oven is waaaaaay too high. Still working on some of my techniques, the dough, the stretching and have only been forced to turn one pizza into a calzone so far (it was a hit actually). I'm excited to perfect this tool and share it with my guests.
