Days after we started back onto the Bow post flood in 2013. Visti got this beast of 26’ my second biggest client caught fish of the year that year.
Beauty on a Streamer
I believe this was our first trip together at the bottom of the “royal banks” on the Bow. Les is one of my most pleasant, calm, and patient clients and she reaps the rewards each trip. We’ve gotten a few dandies over the years but have lost some that were even bigger. Our time is coming hoping for the grande in 2019.

Large Cuttbow
Senor Al was on fire this day. We caught this fish twice in less than a week. Cuttbows are a rainbow Cutthroat hybrid and are not uncommon on the Bow river, this one went 23.5” in the trough.
Chunky Brown Trout
Told you Al was on fire. Another fine brown trout on the dry just upstream from police. This fish ate the foam fly in 8 inches of water.
