Feather Forge Photo Galleries
Much thought has gone into which photos should be placed in these galleries and you’ll see there are pictures of fish out of the water. Part of me questioned whether or not to share these as I am now a strong believer in keeping the fish in the water, the #keepemwet philosophy. There was a time when humans killed every fish we caught. There was also a time when lead was used to make cups and water pipes. What I’m saying is that we’ve all done stupid things in the past and we are all continually learning. I’ve decided to include these photos as they’ve already been taken and the past can’t be changed. Feather Forge is dedicated to the safe handling of fish - fighting them quickly & minimizing handling - and we do our best to use flies, methods, and tackle that decreases mortality.
